Where: Jefferson High School

             New Gym (East Gym)

What you will need:

  • Water

  • Medical Release Form (Found at bottom of page)

  • Must present current USAV membership card.

  • $20.00 through SE (We will not allow a tryout if there is no payment!)

  • Registration through Sports Engine

Time: 2:30 pm- 4pm

Where: Jefferson High School

Medical Forms, Waiver and Liability Forms, need to be completed by first day of tryouts.
